The Murray's order process is intended to be quick and efficient, if at any time you have problems please contact us at email@example.com, or call 800.448.6548
- While browsing through our site you may purchase a product by clicking on ORDER, this will add the specific item in your ORDER, Items may also be removed at this point.
- When you finish shopping, click "check out" or "view order" and then click "check out'.
- Fill out all of the information on the checkout page and click continue. You will have the opportunity to add a different shipping address.
- After the transaction is completed you will receive a confirmation message, you can now return to our homepage or continue on to the web.
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation with an order number. Please save the order number in case you need to contact us.
- Murray's shipping staff is dedicated to processing and shipping your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We as with most mail order businesses, ask that you allow up to 1 week for processing and delivery time. If you have not received your order within 10 days, please email us with your order number for assistance.
- Please note that in some cases we can ship orders the same day that we receive them before 11:00 AM EST (Monday- Thursday), so please plan accordingly. Please also be aware that UPS does not deliver on Saturday and Sunday.
- If you're shipping address is to the following: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APOs, FPOs, please allow extra time for processing. Your order will be shipped through the United States Postal Service Priority Mail service.
Back Orders & Out Of Stock Items
Murray's stocks all items listed on our site. It is possible for an item to be out of stock. If an item is out of stock it will be labeled "ships in 2-3 business days." If any item in your order is designated for shipping in 2-3 business days, the whole order will ship at one time, within 2-3 business days. If you need your order shipped in 1 business day, you must remove any items that will delay the shipment. Currently we do not split shipments.
Murray's respects your privacy and we do not share your personal information. We only collect information to provide you with an enhanced shopping experience. We use e-mail, traditional mail, and occasionally, the telephone to communicate with you regarding your orders. We also e-mail special promotions and announcements. If you do not want to receive these e-mails please send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you place an order at Murray's your personal information, including name, address, and credit card number are encrypted using a secure sockets layer (SSL). This makes your information virtually impossible to be stolen or intercepted while being transferred to us. Any information sent to us is stored and protected from unauthorized access.
Murray's accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards. If you do not feel comfortable giving your credit card online you can call us toll free at 800.448.6548. We do not recommend sending your credit card number via e-mail. We cannot accept personal checks, traveler's checks, money orders or cash.
Murray's is currently using a weight based shipping system within the Continental United States and Worldwide. We usually use USPS Priority Mail or DHL ground service. International orders are shipped through DHL.

Murray's strives for your complete satisfaction on every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, via e-mail at email@example.com or call 800.448.6548 within 30 days of purchase. If we have made an error on your purchase we will arrange for its return at our expense. We regret that shipping fees are not refundable unless the product was shipped incorrectly, damaged, or defective.
We will refund your credit card with the full purchase price, as well as applicable shipping costs.
